Gufw fails to show up in System Settings

In standard Ubuntu 'gufw' now shows up in System Settings -> Other as Firewall Configuration but it shows up nowhere in Ubuntu GNOME Remix using "classic (no effects)".

Is that a bug? And, if so, what package should it be filed against?

Launching it using "gksu gufw" works and I doubt it's an often used app so it's not a bug deal.
