Personally I use Google Docs but since all of my Linux customers use
LibreOffice I tend to think it is a better option. The reasons why they use
LibreOffice is because they can open a variety of formats and they are able
to open MS Office docs in 99% of time.

Also, even with Libre Office they miss some features from MS Office but it
is much worst with Abiword/Gnumeric.

So, it is about features and Libre Office have much more features.
