Status in “hamlib” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed

Bug description:
Please sync hamlib 1.2.10-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

*** This is a BUG-FIX-ONLY release ***

I have tested this hamlib package extensively on Lucid (and Karmic).
It builds and installs fine. Build logs are available in the hamlib
packages published to the ~ubuntu-hams PPA:
    https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-hams/+archive/ppa/+packages
(The ~ubuntu-hams PPA versions are identical to Debian's 1.2.10-3, except
for the PPA-specific version number). Install log from Lucid is attached.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 1.2.10-2:

hamlib (1.2.10-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Cherry-pick fixes from upstream svn:
    - Icom PCR100, PCR1000, PCR1500 module [Alessandro Zummo] (LP: #483925)
    - prevent spurious "consider relinking" warnings [Kamal Mostafa]
  * Fix some lintian warnings.
