[Bug 1502491] [NEW] avrdude swaps values for H and E fuse

Public bug reported:

typing
avrdude -c usbtiny -p atmega328p -v
gives the (output)
...

avrdude: safemode: lfuse reads as E2
avrdude: safemode: hfuse reads as D9
avrdude: safemode: efuse reads as 7
avrdude: safemode: Fuses OK (H:07, E:D9, L:E2)

without the -v only the last line is displayed. As you can see the last line, which is the line you typically see, swaps the H and E values, which can be very, very confusing (you expect your toolchain to be pretty solid).

This was fixed in version 6.1, but 6.1 the package manager is out of date. for more info see bug
