Title:
  gnuradio depends on numpy

Status in gnuradio package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  gnuradio-companion (part of gnuradio) does not start if python-numpy
  is not installed.

  However python-numpy is only installed as a dependency of python-
  matplotlib which in turn is only a "recomended by" gnuradio.

  python-numpy needs to be a dependency of gnuradio.
