I am having trouble building TrustedQSL-1.3 :

I find an archive of tqsllib at http://tqsllib.sourcearchive.com/documentation/2.0-10.1/group__Data.html but none of the versions appear to define the missing procedure.

Perhaps I am not obtaining the source from the correct place?
