Just in case there is some europeans (or others) interested:

I just put a project on Launchpad, it's named py5mon and is a python script
that decodes CCIR (5-tone/selcall/select-5) from WAV-files.

If there is any interest I think it would be pretty easy to expand it to support other
single frequency signalling methods (like ZVEI).
