Hello David and everyone on the list,
I got my problem solved! I took my laptop to Ham Radio Outlet and they
helped me test my cable. It turns out that the cable was bad. They gave
me a new one. Everything is working again! Thank you to everyone who
tried to help me troubleshoot this issue.
