There are NVIDIA problems reported in Bug #771788 but no one mentions
the title bars sometimes go missing on all open windows. It is connected
to Java somehow in that it will happen when I close a Java window, but
it only happens sometimes, not all the time. I use Fiji, a Java based
program and I reported it there in detail

including a work around which sometimes works. The only sure way to solve the problem is to log off and log on again. I would like to make sure this is reported as a bug so that it will be fixed. In Ubuntu 10.10 and previous the problem did not exist.
