I created a Page on the Ubuntu Wiki
(http://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBembaTranslators), below in the
hierarchy we can add the Guidelines and the Translation Helpers later.

To come up with the Guidelines for now, I suggest we use PiratePad, to
edit on the Guidelines collaborative. The Link to it:
