We (ankur.org.bd) have had translated libreoffice upstream at
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/bn/

use this package
http://www.libreoffice.org/download/?type=deb-x86&lang=bn&version=3.5.2;
this will render perfect Bengali not the boxes.
