Title:
»Installed on« and others sometimes show untranslated
Status in Ubuntu Translations:
Fix Released
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Binary package hint: software-center
To reproduce:
1. Open Software-Center
2. Open »Installed software«
3. Click on »Details« for any application
4. You can see the string »Installed on« translated in your language
5. Go back and click »Details« for another application
6. From now on you don't see the string mentioned above localised anymore but you only see the original English string until you restart Software-Center
Therefore, the string mentioned above and some others (e.g. »Add %s to
the launcher«) appear untranslated almost all the time, although they
are actually translated.
I tried this with current Natty in a VM for the German translation.
