I've just landed a branch to address the remaining POFile:+translate
timeout mentioned in comment #46. It'll be fixed on production soon

Person:+translations (not the page this bug is about, but mentioned in
comments #42, #44 and #45) has regressed due to a misconfiguration on
the new servers. That one should be snappy again in a few hours.
