So this is the problem.  I volunteered to pay for and to host the
domain for members of the team to work on it.

I did my part and there was a small effort to make a better "coming
soon" page but nothing beyond that.

There was no decision on how the site should look. I can VERY easily
add a wiki, forums, etc., but there is no owner for any of this.

Like many of you, I don't have any spare time to work on the content.
