hi,
my point of view is releasing OS in kannada. Currently there is non. i
believe once translation is done. Alot of support will be there from
all sectors and we get more users from urban and rural area. BOSS
shall help us in this ........
As of me my target date is about May2011 so that the OS can be
completely rolled out.........
Hope active members will put some of the ides and we can roll out a
plan . 6 months is good period...
FOSS can help us in organizing a camp inside Bangalore....
i think we need to work in seriously so that we catch up the dates,,, ,
however
i m working for the domain id for wiki
need suggestions for this also...........
Few more to add
1. A Steering team for the project-Translations.......
2. A Admin team
3.Public relations team for release.
4.Team for Student support and organizing
5. Committee to organise monthly get together......
Naresh: Please help us in creating up a wiki page in wiki ubuntu for Kannada...
hope that takes care of some of Bhavi's Query..
waiting for ur suggestions and innovative idea.......
