Thanks everybody for finding and fixing the problem. From this site:

"If a bug is fixed in the current development release, it is Fix
Released. If the bug also needs to be fixed in a stable release, use the
"Target to release" link to nominate it for that release. "

So, if the fix is updated in the translation (as far as I understand it)
this bug report has to be marked as "fix released" and "target to
release". Then someone will check on it to be included in 13.10. But
this is just how I understand it, and I'm no expert!
