Hello Ubuntu Shan Localization,

The membership status of Ubuntu Shan Localization (ubuntu-l10n-shn) in
the team Ubuntu Shona Translators (ubuntu-l10n-sn) was changed by
clikcspeed (normannhliziyo) from Proposed to Declined.
