今年的翻譯目標

隨著圖形介面部份的翻譯完整度越來越高，目前每次發行幾乎都有 80-90% 的中文化成度，然而我們對於 ubuntu 文件的翻譯程度仍然低落。

目前規劃今年的目標是以 Ubuntu 與 Kubutnu 的文件為主，希望全部能達到 90%
