Hi to all,

I have a question regarding the definition of duplicate bugs in launchpad:

Is a duplicate bug an identical bug within the same release (e. g. 2
hardware / kernel bugs within 11.10)?

Or is a duplicate bug also an identical bug in two different releases (e.
g. 2hardware / kernel bugs, one in 11.10 the other in 12.04)?

I want to make sure I use this "duplicate bug" tag correct in order to get
the data right and the bugs fixed as soon as possible.
