Hello Dario,
So maybe it's because you selected  a milestone that has status 
"Released" or "Archived", if so these cannot be tested anymore, or at 
least the testing tracker won't let you submit your results anymore,  
you have to wait until there will be a milestone with status "Testing" 
so you will be able to report your tests.
