This bug was fixed in the package pydkim - 0.3-4ubuntu3

Status in “pydkim” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If a key record ends in ';' pydkim will fail to verify messages for
  that domain.  This is a valid construction per RFC 4871 and affects
  many domains including large ones such as Yahoo.
