[Bug 584581] Re: legal notice patent ought to provide link
I believe that Ubuntu/Canonical has a policy prohibiting documentation
for directing people to certain legal counsel or information. We simply
can't be responsible for providing this kind of information.

Bug description:
The legal notice on page 88 concerning asks the user: "Please obtain legal advice if you are unsure" whether a codec is allowed in their country.
Where should they seek legal advice, their lawyer? Is there not a webpage where this is addressed? A link to a list of codecs and countries could be linked to in the margin.
(I can't find such a webpage...)
