[Bug 585484] Re: Factual problem with sudo on page 123

In this case we have decided that we will maintain the use of sudo. This section is talking about the use of sudo and not gksudo.

There is also a note on the right hand side of the page that implies
that the command is being run from a terminal window.

If we were demonstrating sudo from within the graphical environment
(e.g. The Alt+F2 run menu), it would be more appropriate to use gksudo
as the user would not be prompted to enter a password.

Thanks for taking the time to help out.

Chris

Bug description:
Chapter 6, 'Introducing sudo'
Page 123

In the example of sudo a graphical application is used (gedit). As far as I know using sudo with graphical applications is dangerous and I was told to use gksudo (for further information: http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/graphicalsudo).

I think that a non-graphical application might be better as a example.
