Inconsistent spelling of Bcc: on page 70

Status in Ubuntu Manual: Fix Committed

Bug description:
On page 69 and 70 there are some different versions of spelling and formatting of To:, Cc:, and Bcc:. Already quite confusing:
- bold, with colon
- with colon
- with quotation marks

In addition the Bcc: is used in the form without everything. Imho at least this should be changed.

Location: two times on page 70, first paragraph (A Bcc: field should ap-pear below the Cc: field. Any contacts entered in the Bcc field will receive the message, but none of the recipients will see the names or emails of contacts on the Bcc line.)
