Status in Ubuntu Manual: New

Bug description:
Check the default-apps/listening-to-audio-and-music.tex file.  Note all the \emph{...} text.  Many of these should be using the various GUI tags (e.g., \button, \menu, \tab, etc.).  Some of the text deserves no special treatment at all and the \emph tag should simply be removed.
