Hi Hannie,

I think, we should not mention that Wubi is valid for previous versions.
This will be confusing IMHO. We are writing for the raring release. If
someone needs information for previous releases, then he can have a look
in previous manuals.

  It looks like Wubi will be dropped for Ubuntu 13.04. You can read the
  discussion about this decision at <https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives

  If Wubi is indeed dropped, we should probably remove the Wubi
  instructions from the installation chapter and Wubi glossary entry.
