[Bug 1243556] Re: Moving windows with Alt

Confirm, see note on https://help.ubuntu.com/13.10/ubuntu-help/shell-windows-states.html :
"Pressing <key>Alt</key> + click anywhere in a window will allow you to move the window. Some people may find this easier than clicking on the <gui>title bar</gui> of an application."

It may be worth to edit the text to smth like this:
"To move a window around the workspace, place the mouse pointer over the window's title bar, then click and drag the window while continuing to hold down the left mouse button. You can also move a window by holding the \keystroke{Alt} key and then clicking anywhere in a window and holding the left mouse button and dragging the window to a new location. To resize a window, place the pointer on an edge or corner of the window so that the pointer turns into a larger, two-sided arrow (known as the resize icon). You can then click and drag to resize the window."
