Sorry for the email spam! I just took the time to set up a tonne of
blueprints:

As you can see, I've assigned myself to chapter 3 and Ryan Macnish has taken
on chapter 7. If you want to take on a chapter, just create a blueprint
called chapterX where X is the chapter number, and add yourself as the
assignee, the team "ubuntu-manual" as the draftee, and myself "humphreybc"
as the approver.
