Are you sure it's removed in Lucid?

I thought the ultimate goal for the project is to replace Synaptic by
10.10 - not 10.04. Synaptic is a huge program to replace, and, I haven't
seen much active development on the Software Center for a while now.

Bug description:
Chapter 5 -> "Synaptic Package Manager" This is removed from lucid. Maybe it should stand that its possible to get older versions of software center like "add remove" and "Synaptic Package Manager" by installing through SC, instead.
