Lucid Alpha 2 still has Synaptic and Software Center and a new  pre-
install; Pitivi Video Editor

Bug description:
Chapter 5 -> "Synaptic Package Manager" This is removed from lucid. Maybe it should stand that its possible to get older versions of software center like "add remove" and "Synaptic Package Manager" by installing through SC, instead.
