I'm afraid I owe you all an apology.

I committed to write a chapter and have utterly failed to produce. In hindsight, I realize I was in no position to be able to give the commitment the time it deserved. I won't patronize you with self justifying reasons. I will just try and get across how truly sorry I am for the inconvenience caused, and promise I won't get myself in the same position again.
