Hey dudes and dudettes,

I've spent most of today mocking up a design for our website. I've attached
what I've got so far, the home page and the about page.

All of this stuff is in the bzr branch under /team-images/website. The
source files are there too, in .psd format - yes, I use photoshop, get over
it!

Anyway, feedback please :)
