Ubuntu Lucid Lynx beta:                 18th March 2010

Ubuntu Manual content freeze:       21st March 2010
Ubuntu Manual writing freeze:        31st March 2010
Ubuntu Manual beta release:          31st March 2010


Content freeze is the final freeze on sections, you should have 3 days to
observe what's new in the Lucid beta and then add or remove your sections
accordingly. You then have 10 days to finish your chapter and have it edited
and complete before the writing freeze and beta release of our manual on the
31st March.

This gives the translators 20 days to get everything translated before our
Release Candidate on 20th April.

Then we have 9 more days to make any last minute changes, get the website up
and running, publicize our manual and then compile all the translations
ready for download from our website.
