The system docs do not contain references to the Recommended column, so
there is no affect on the docs.  No change required on our end -
approved.

Binary package hint: computer-janitor

Computer Janitor has three columns.  The middle one ("recommended") is hardcoded as a no-op and never gets filled.  It should be removed.
