I'm reading through chapter 6, command-line. I notice that "folder"
and "directory" are both used. I have a suggestion that there should
be a sidebar that defines that directory and folder are the same
thing. Then use directory throughout the chapter. At this time pwd is
defined in one place as "print working folder" :)
