The buttons are most likely staying on the left for final Lucid. For
now, we'll write as if the buttons are on the left and the order remains
the same.

If the button order or location changes after our writing freeze, then
we will break the writing freeze to make the necessary changes so the
manual is accurate, in English at least. This will be the only writing
freeze break and shouldn't cause too many problems for the translations.
