There's a wrap-around cover (front, spine, back in one piece) for the
English version that will be available via lulu.com. It's in the main
branch, titlepage/lulu_en.pdf. There's some text on the back that will
need to be translated (manually, as it stands, now). The width of the
spine and thus the entire document depends on the exact number of pages
and paper quality. Of course, if you print it elsewhere, you might need
a different format, anyway. If you can give me the specs, I could create
and adjusted cover design.
