The site opened up for me, however like John, when I search on google
for "ubuntu-manual.org", it doesn't list the site at all. It lists
http://ubuntumanual.org but not http://ubuntu-manual.org. The launchpad
site for the project is listed on Page 2 (for me), and in the
description, it has the link.  But the actual site isn't listed at all.
