For those who would like to help *proofread the manual*, but don't want to
edit the .tex files directly, there is a PDF version where you can mark up

  Find a mistake, make a comment. Text too long, make a comment. Suggest a
link.

Its easy to proofread the latest revision.  Help us to  get it ready for
publication.

*Want to take a crack at editing the actual LaTex markup?*  Cool! Get in
touch! If you've ever used Make, or BZR, it will be a snap!
