Hello Dario, we haven't released oneiric for translation cause we thought
there was no interest due to the fact that the manual came out late. We'll
begin working on the precise next week and if everything goes right, the
manual will be out in time !

If you want to translate oneiric and not wait for 12.04 manual let me know.
Also, the bulk of the translation is quite big, so you'll need attract some
translators either way.
