I will be pleased to act as an Editor.  I followed the instructions and
installed bzr and TeX Live about a week ago.  Do you want to suggest what
chapters you want me to edit or do you want me to choose?

I am willing to proof-read and can check the LaTeX mark ups as well.

I am happy to work with US English, but would also be interested in working
with the GB English 'translation', if there is one.
