Software Center update
Hello, everyone.
I recently submitted Getting Started with Ubuntu 12.04 for inclusion
to the Ubuntu Software Center.
The manual has passed through its first approval process and is now in
the quality assurance queue. It will need to go through the following
steps before it is published in Ubuntu Software Center:
Step 2: QA
Once your application has passed through the Moderation queue it will
be placed in the Quality Assurance queue. In this queue your
application will be subjected to basic tests for packaging quality and
Ubuntu release compatibility.
Step 3: Ready To Publish
Once your application has passed through the Quality Assurance queue
it will be placed in the Ready to Publish queue. Your application has
been approved for inclusion in Ubuntu Software Center.
Step 4: Published
Once your application has passed through the Ready to Publish queue
the approval process is complete. Your application has been published
and is now available in Ubuntu Software Center.
I'll keep you updated on further progress.
