Re: Places or Go?

 

I agree that it should be \menu{Go}. As for fixing it, we could always
post an errata section on the site. After all, even textbooks and other
reference books tend to do that.  And we definitely should fix the issue
for the 12.10 book.  Maybe an unspoken policy that nothing stays in the
errata section for more than one publication.
