I haven't sorted that out yet. I'm open to suggestions!

I figured I'd talk about what our project does, perhaps a bit of the
history of our project, and, of course, how people can help out
(writers, editors, translators, etc.).  What else should I bring up?
I think we have about 50 minutes to fill.
