Hello, everyone.

I just uploaded a new translation template for the quantal branch.
There are only one or two string changes, so it shouldn't cause to
many problems for anyone. I just wanted to give you a heads-up.

This latest translation template will be the last one uploaded for the
quantal branch (barring any major issues), and so it should be safe to
start translating Getting Started with Ubuntu 12.10 now.
