I think a GRUB2 reinstallation section would be nice to be under 
troubleshooting chapter.
You can write the main process and of course give the reference of 
help.ubuntu for more info.

No on the filesystem check i'm not quite sure, i leave it up to you.
Also if you think that new sections need to be added and others to be 
removed, we can look upon that too.
