Thank you all for the replies! I will be using the programs everyone has listed to test (and maybe enhance) Wine on Ubuntu. This data will also help add examples to the manual.

As for the list of "Buntu" versions, I will be using the top three (Ubuntu, Lubuntu, Kubuntu) for added testing, because I will be writing a manual specifically for Wine running on these three versions.

If you have any added suggestions, programs, or anything else, don't be afraid to ask!
