To all, The meeting (preparing for Saucy) will be held on Saturday June 
8th, from 8:00 - 9:00 PM CEST. CEST is 2 hours ahead of Coordinated

22 August – Feature freeze
19 September – UI freeze
26 September – Final Beta
03 October - Documentation string freeze
17 October – Ubuntu 13.10 released
* Feature freeze: At this point we stop introducing new features, 
packages, and APIs

Proposed release schedule for Getting Started with Ubuntu 13.10
Authoring phase (now – 19 Sept):

Authors update and write new content
Draft screenshots are put in place
First draft is released at the end of this phase

Editing phase (19 Sept – 3 Oct):

Editors copy-edit and proofread the content
Second draft is released at the end of this phase

Indexing phase (1 Oct – 7 Oct):

Final screenshots are put in place
The manual is indexed
Glossary entries are edited and linked
Public draft is released at the end of this phase


Public comments phase (7 Oct – 14 oct):

Comments and edits from the public are received and incorporated into 
the manual
Final draft is released at the end of this phase


Release phase (14 oct – 17 Oct):

The manual is prepared for release
The manual is released at the end of this phase
