The most recent "test" site for the new design is at
http://wptest.ubuntu-manual.org and the original "test" site is at
http://test.ubuntu-manual.org The newest is on WordPress, and the older
is on Django. If Pratheesh wants to help out, he needs to contact Kevin
Godby.

P.S. The sites are out of date, and download links *probably* don't
