Upgraded PHP for ubuntu-manual.org

Hello, everyone.

I upgraded the ubuntu-manual.org website to use PHP 5.3.0. This
involved modifying a few lines of code to replace deprecated code.

If you notice any error messages or other problems with the site,
please let me know about them and I'll get them fixed.
